"Jerry came shortly after our initial call and gave us a very clear estimate for the work in the kitchen. He showed us all the different materials and helped us pick. We were considering installing security film as well, which he pretty much talked us out of, saving us money. Liking what we were seeing, we asked him to add another set of French doors to the estimate. He did, and ended up lowering the price even further. After us taking weeks to decide, we gave him the OK on May 27th, at which point he ordered the shades. He warned us it would take nearly three weeks for them to be ready, and offered to install temp shades in the meantime, but we opted not to. They called when the shades were ready and we made an appointment for a few days later. They arrived on time and within an hour had installed all five sections. They were quick, neat and courteous, and gave us tips for handling and maintenance."
